EducationMr. Thuang received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans in Louisiana. Mr. Thuang has over twenty-five years of combined experience in both public and private accounting fields. Mr. Thuang is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
