Professional ExperienceMr. Marvin Hsu has more than 30 years of public accounting and audit experience. He is personally responsible for IPO syndication, family office services, and international mergers and acquisitions. He has thirty years of extensive experience in the individual, tax shelter, partnership, corporation, and multi-state areas of taxation. Prior to founding our firm, Mr. Hsu was with Goldfarb, Whitman & Cohen CPA’s where he participated in financial audits and performed litigation support services.

Other ActivitiesMr. Hsu is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and community organizations and activities, currently including Tzu-Chi Foundation and Shaolin Temple Foundation. He was also a one day professor at California State University, Fullerton and was part of the Board of Directors at Woodbury University in California.

EducationMr. Hsu received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Soochow University in Taiwan and his Master of Business Administration from Woodbury University in California. He has also attended classes at Harvard University and Stanford University for mergers and acquisitions and University of Oxford for private equities.
