Mr. Yao has over thirty years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation area. He obtained his MBA degree from West Texas State University, and his B.A. degree from Soochow University in Taiwan. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
