Chief Marketing OfficerMr. Chiang has over twenty five years of combined experience in governmental accounting and public accounting field. Prior to his joining of Hsu, Yao, Thuang & Chiang CPA’s, LLP, he was with Reed & Kim in Los Angeles. He is a graduate from National Taiwan University, and later obtained his Masters Degree of Science in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. Mr. Chiang’s specialized areas are banking industry and IPO syndication.
